WAHATY is an online general store offering products across a range of categories through wahaty.com.
Products, availability, prices and services may be updated from time to time. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of the website.
2. Eligibility to use the website
By using the website, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are using the website for lawful personal or household purposes.
- The information you provide is complete, accurate and current.
- You are authorised to use the payment method submitted with an order.
- You will not use the website for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activities.
Customers under the legal age required to enter into a contract should use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account registration
Some website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your login details confidential.
- Preventing unauthorised access to your account.
- Informing us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Ensuring that activities performed through your account are authorised.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised access or a violation of these Terms.
Creating multiple accounts to misuse discounts, promotions, referral benefits or ordering limits is prohibited.
4. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, colours, dimensions, photographs and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.
However:
- Screen settings may cause colours to appear differently.
- Packaging may be updated by the manufacturer.
- Minor product details may differ from photographs.
- Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing variations.
- Product images may include decorative items that are not included with the purchase.
- Product features may be updated by suppliers or manufacturers.
Customers should review the full product page before placing an order.
Where an important product detail has been displayed incorrectly, we may contact you before fulfilment or cancel and refund the affected item.
5. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before payment or fulfilment is completed.
We may:
- Limit the quantity available per customer or order.
- Discontinue a product without notice.
- Replace product photographs or descriptions.
- Refuse unusually large or suspicious orders.
- Cancel an unavailable item and refund the amount paid for it.
Where part of an order is unavailable, we may fulfil the available items and refund the unavailable item, unless you request otherwise before dispatch.
6. Prices and currency
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
- Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Applicable VAT is included where required.
- Delivery charges and additional service fees are shown before the order is completed.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- A price change will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.
Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotion period and while stock lasts.
7. Pricing and listing errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are correct. Occasionally, a technical, typographical or system error may occur.
When an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may:
- Contact you for confirmation at the correct price.
- Cancel the affected item.
- Cancel the entire order when necessary.
- Issue a full refund for any cancelled prepaid amount.
We will not intentionally fulfil an order at a clearly incorrect price caused by an obvious error.
8. Placing an order
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
After submission, you may receive an automated confirmation. This confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is normally accepted when:
- Payment has been approved or the selected payment method has been verified.
- Product availability has been confirmed.
- Fraud and order-verification checks have been completed.
- The order enters fulfilment or is dispatched.
We may request additional information to verify an order before accepting it.
9. Right to refuse or cancel orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:
- A product is unavailable.
- The payment is declined or cannot be verified.
- Customer or delivery information is incomplete.
- We identify a pricing, stock or product-information error.
- The order appears fraudulent, unauthorised or suspicious.
- The customer has repeatedly refused or failed to receive previous orders.
- A promotional code has been misused.
- The order is placed for unauthorised resale.
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
- Fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
Where we cancel a prepaid order, the amount collected for the cancelled products will be refunded.
10. Payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include cards, digital wallets, buy-now-pay-later services or Cash on Delivery.
Payment options may vary depending on:
- Order value.
- Delivery location.
- Product type.
- Customer account history.
- Payment-provider eligibility.
- Fraud-prevention requirements.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with the order.
We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions securely. Their separate terms, approval processes and privacy practices may apply.
11. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
Where offered:
- The full amount must be paid when the order is delivered.
- The customer should ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.
- Additional Cash on Delivery charges may be displayed at checkout.
- Repeated refusal or failure to receive orders may result in Cash on Delivery being restricted for future purchases.
- We may contact the customer by email for order verification.
Cash on Delivery availability is not guaranteed for every order.
12. Buy-now-pay-later services
Purchases made through Tamara, Tabby or another instalment provider are subject to the provider’s eligibility checks and separate terms.
WAHATY does not control:
- Whether an application is approved.
- Instalment schedules.

Refunds for these orders will generally be sent through the original payment provider.

- May be restricted to one use per customer.
- May not be combined unless expressly stated.
- May exclude delivery charges, gift cards or selected products.
- May be cancelled where used fraudulently or contrary to the promotion terms.
We may modify or withdraw a promotion before an order is accepted where reasonably necessary.
Orders already accepted will be handled according to the promotion valid when the order was placed, unless misuse or an obvious error occurred.

- Customer location.
- Product availability.
- Courier capacity.

15. Delivery attempts and undeliverable orders
When delivery cannot be completed because:
- The address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer cannot be reached.
- Nobody is available to receive the order.
- The customer refuses delivery without a valid product-related reason.
- Access to the delivery location is unavailable.
The order may be returned to us or the fulfilment provider.
Where permitted, reasonable delivery, return or redelivery costs may be charged or deducted from a refund.
These charges will not apply when delivery failed because of an error attributable to WAHATY or the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
16. Inspection after delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Contact us promptly if:
- A product is missing.
- You received the wrong product.
- The parcel or product arrived damaged.
- The product appears defective.
- The quantity is incorrect.
You may be asked to provide your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.
17. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged products and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By placing an order, you agree to review and follow that policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Saudi Arabian law.

- Proper use and installation.
- Availability of authorised service centres.
- Presentation of an invoice or order confirmation.
- Product serial numbers or warranty cards.
Unless expressly stated, WAHATY does not provide an additional warranty beyond applicable legal rights and any warranty supplied by the manufacturer or distributor.

19. Personal-care and hygiene products
For health, beauty, grooming, personal-care and hygiene products, customers must review the ingredients, specifications and instructions before use.
